TERMS

PROCESSING TIME - 1-3 Working days (M-F) from the date payment is received.  This means it will take me 1-3 days to get the order processed and ready to ship.

Processing time could be a little longer for orders of over 100 items.  Please contact me as soon as possible (4-6 weeks in advane of your event is ideal) to allow for planning, design changes, payment, processing, shipping and delivery.

 

RUSH ORDERS - RUSH ORDER FEE $10.00

If there are less than 6 days (M-F) between initial contact and desired date of delivery, you could incur a Rush Order Fee. 

 

PHOTOS - You may e-mail me a photo to:  glenda@glendasgiftsandgadgets.com.  If you send photo by postal mail, it will be returned with your order.

PROOFS - Once I have completed your design, I will send you an e-mail containing the design for you to approve.  Please check carefully for spelling errors and design placement.  I will need your approval before I can begin printing.

COLORS - Please be aware that there may be slight color variations between what you see on your monitor and what actually prints.  This is normal due to the setting differences on each computer and printer.  If you would prefer to see a printed proof, please be sure to let me know and allow more time for mailing the proof. 

PAYMENTS - All payments must be in U.S. dollars.  Once the proof has been approved, a request for payment will be sent, if needed.  Payment for local orders will be due at time of delivery.

I prefer PayPal.  Paypal is a secure method of sending your payment.  You may use PayPal even if you do not have an account.  I am PAYPAL verified.

SALES TAX - A sales tax of 7% will be added to orders delivered or shipped within the state of GEORGIA.

RETURNS/REFUNDS - If there is a problem with your order, please contact me immediately.  If there is an error on MY part, the order will be reprinted and shipped at no cost to you.  If the order has been shipped, it will need to be returned.  I will refund the returned shipping fee. 

If there is an error on YOUR part, you may choose to have the order reprinted at a reduced cost.   If the order has been shipped, it will need to be returned at YOUR expense.  If you approved the project and then noticed an error, please contact me immediately!  This will save time and could keep you from incurring shipping charges on the misprinted items.  There will be no refunds if the error is on YOUR end.

  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

SHIPPING

NEW SHIPPING RATES AS OF JANUARY 8, 2006

USPS PRIORITY MAIL FLAT RATE ENVELOPE:  $4.05

USPS PRIORITY MAIL FLAT RATE BOX:  $8.10

Shipping will be via  USPS Priority Mail.  Insurance is optional and is highly advised.  Insurance is mandatory on orders over $100.00.  The charge for the insurance is based on the value of the order.  Shipping and insurance charges will be included in your quote.

I need your shipping address in order to figure the shipping charges.Please include your shipping address, along with personalization information in the "note to seller" area when checking out.

You should receive your order in 2-3 business days.   Please be sure someone will be available to receive your order if candy is included.  Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.  If there is a problem with your order, please contact me immediately!

For Standard Size Chocolate Bars, I recommend ordering "WRAPPERS ONLY".  The reasons for this"

1.  Shipping charges will be less - chocolate is heavy!

2.  Avoids breakage and melting during shipment.

3.  Ensures the chocolate will be fresh for your event.

 

Chocolate will not be shipped May 1 - September 30.
